Edition 2024/2025
The CISA 2025 edition brought forward innovative, student-led projects addressing key challenges in sustainability, mental health, employment, and social inclusion. Each team developed practical solutions to benefit the University of Pavia community and beyond, fostering long-term impact through collaboration and creativity.
Blue Team – Green Hero Challenge
The Blue Team proposed a project to promote sustainability and recycling habits through an engaging challenge-based programme. By combining interactive workshops, plastic collection activities, and zero-waste challenges, the project encouraged students to adopt greener lifestyles in a fun and social setting.
Red Team – MindHaven
The Red Team proposed a project to support the mental well-being of international students at the University of Pavia. Their digital platform provided group therapy, safe discussion spaces, and access to mental health resources, helping students navigate homesickness, loneliness, and academic stress.
Green Team – Re:Tex
The Green Team proposed a project to reduce textile waste and promote social inclusion through a student-led sustainability hub. The initiative included upcycling workshops, clothing swaps, and textile waste collection points to encourage responsible consumption and waste reduction.
Yellow Team – Local Jobs and Housing in Pavia
The Yellow Team proposed a project to connect job seekers with employers and landlords with tenants in Pavia. By developing a centralised platform, the initiative aimed to simplify access to casual work opportunities, support local businesses, and enhance student housing accessibility.
